HEFT (SR821) Campbell Dr. Interchange — Homestead

Scope of work: Project highlights include the complete design and construction of Florida Turnpike and local roads to increase operational capacity to provide for future travel demand, improve safety, address roadway and structural deficiencies and enhance overall traffic improvements by widening northbound and southbound Homestead Extension to the Florida Turnpike (HEFT) SR 821 an additional lane toward the median, a new north bound entrance ramp to SR 821 from Campbell Drive, widening southbound exit ramp from SR 821 to Campbell Drive.  The proposed improvements also include improvements to Campbell Drive.  Installation of Sound Wall, drainage, signalization, pier protect, bridge retrofit handrails, landscaping, asphalt improvements.

Lower North Bay Road Improvements — Miami Beach

Scope of work: Project highlights include the complete design and construction of drainage improvements, watermain, roadway and hardscape of Lower North Bay Rd. from Chase Ave. to 20th Ave. and Michigan Ave. Project included over 6000' of drainage culverts up to 42", over 80 drainage structures and large dual pump station with ocean outfall and the replacement of over 7000' of water mains and 150 domestic services. Complete roadway reconstruction and improvements to the R/W including landscaping and lighting.

44th Street Drainage Improvements — Miami Beach

Scope of work: Project highlights include the complete design and construction of drainage improvements, roadway and hardscape of 44th St. from Royal Palm Ave. to Chase Ave.  Project included over 1300’ of drainage culverts up to 42”, over 20 drainage structures and ocean outfall.  Complete reconstruction and improvements to the R/W including landscaping of Muss Park.
